2. Data processed through the website
Browsing data. During normal use of the website, the systems that operate it receive certain technical data required for the provision and security of the service, such as the IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, browser type, operating system and the outcome of the request. Such information may be recorded in the server’s technical logs.
Contact form. When you use the form available on the Contacts page, we process your name, email address, the subject and the content of your message. The message is forwarded to our email inbox and is not stored in a separate website database. Your IP address is not included in the message sent by email.
Email correspondence. When you write directly to an email address published on the website, we process your sender address and the information contained in your message in order to reply.
The contact form is not intended for the transmission of health data, criminal-offence data or other special categories of personal data. Please do not include such information unless it is strictly necessary for your enquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- operating, securing and maintaining the website, on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
- preventing misuse, automated submissions and unauthorised access, on the basis of the same legitimate interest;
- replying to general enquiries, on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest;
- replying to requests for quotations or enquiries concerning a possible professional engagement, in order to take pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- complying with legal obligations or protecting a legal right of the controller.
The website does not carry out profiling and does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning users.
4. Spam prevention and page-view counter
The contact form uses a spam-prevention system hosted on our servers. The browser performs a simple local technical check, the result of which is verified by the server. The system does not build a user profile and does not disclose data to external providers.
Some pages may display their total number of views. The counter stores only an aggregate number and does not create a profile of individual visitors.
5. Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be processed by:
- authorised employees and collaborators of the controller;
- hosting, IT maintenance and email service providers acting, where required, as processors under Article 28 GDPR;
- professional advisers or consultants where their involvement is necessary to answer an enquiry or protect a legal right;
- public authorities or other parties where required by law.
Personal data are not made public and are not used for advertising purposes.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
The controller gives preference to providers that process personal data within the European Economic Area. Where the use of a provider entails a transfer to a country outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is carried out in accordance with Chapter V GDPR, on the basis of an adequacy decision or other safeguards provided for by applicable law.
7. Retention
Data contained in the server’s technical logs are retained for the period necessary to ensure the security, operation and diagnostics of the website, in accordance with the rotation and deletion periods applied by the hosting provider. In the event of a security incident, a request from an authority or the need to protect a legal right, the relevant data may be retained for longer to the extent necessary.
Enquiries received through the contact form or by email are retained for as long as necessary to reply and thereafter in order to comply with any legal obligations or protect a legal right.
Where an enquiry results in a contractual or professional relationship, the related data are retained in accordance with the applicable civil, tax, professional and anti-money-laundering requirements.
8. Data subject rights
Under the conditions laid down by the GDPR, data subjects may request:
- access to their personal data;
- rectification or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erasure of their data;
- restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Requests may be sent to info@revi.bz. Before acting on a request, the controller may ask for the information necessary to verify the identity of the person making it.
Data subjects may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.

This website does not use profiling cookies, advertising cookies, traffic-analysis services or technologies designed to track users’ browsing behaviour.
The website does not store cookies or other identifiers in the user’s browser. A consent banner is therefore not required.
The website does not automatically load videos, maps, fonts, social-media buttons or other content from third-party servers. Links to external websites are activated only when you choose to follow them. From that point onwards, the external website’s own policies apply.
